Questions operators ask us

Which vehicles can you check automatically?

Any GB or NI registration held by DVLA/DVSA - vans, HGVs, buses and coaches - plus HGV trailers by their DVSA trailer ID (e.g. C123456). We return MOT / annual-test expiry, result, defects and recalls, and tax status for taxed vehicles.

Do you check insurance?

We track your fleet policy and renewal date, remind you, and give you a one-click link to the official askMID checker for spot checks. The Motor Insurers' Bureau does not permit automated look-ups, so we do not pretend otherwise.

How do licence checks work?

Your drivers sign our consent & mandate (it follows the DVLA fair-processing declaration). You then record checks using a GOV.UK check code or - once your DVLA Access to Driver Data agreement is in place - directly from DVLA. Re-check frequency follows penalty points: 12, 6 or 3 months.

What about tachograph analysis?

Upload .DDD files from driver cards and vehicle units (or let us collect them). We read the files instantly, keep the 28/90-day download calendar, analyse infringements against EU/AETR, GB domestic and working-time rules, and send each driver their report to sign electronically.

Is my data safe?

UK-hosted, encrypted at rest, licence numbers encrypted in the database, role-based access, full audit log, and a data-processing agreement in our terms. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from the billing page; your data stays available for export for 90 days.

Ready to stop chasing dates?

Set up in an afternoon. Keep your operator licence clean for good.
