How it works
-
1
Add your fleet and drivers
Paste registrations and trailer IDs, add drivers, send them the consent form. We pull vehicle details from DVSA and DVLA automatically.
- ✓Create your account and enter your O-licence number - we pre-fill authorised vehicles and continuation date from the DVSA register
- ✓Paste registrations and trailer IDs; the first DVSA / DVLA check runs within minutes
- ✓Add drivers and send the consent & mandate form in their language
- ✓Record your fleet insurance policy and your declared safety-inspection interval
-
2
We check and analyse
Vehicles are re-checked on schedule, uploaded tachograph files are read and matched, and your analyst reviews the drivers' hours data.
- ✓Vehicles re-checked daily (Standard and above) or weekly (Starter)
- ✓Uploaded tachograph files are read instantly: holder, card expiry, period, vehicles used
- ✓Our analysts run the drivers' hours analysis and prepare each driver's report
- ✓Licence re-checks fall due on a 12 / 6 / 3-month cycle based on penalty points
-
3
You get alerts and signed reports
Daily digest, critical alerts immediately, signed tachograph reports and a monthly compliance pack for the TC file.
- ✓Morning digest of everything due; critical alerts within the hour
- ✓Drivers sign their reports by DocuSign; you get the signed PDF with audit trail
- ✓Monthly compliance pack for the Traffic Commissioner file
- ✓Everything exportable - you own your records
What happens behind the scenes
Vehicle data comes from the DVSA MOT History service and DVLA vehicle records. Tachograph files are decoded by a certified-format parser (Gen1, Gen2 and Gen2v2) and signature-checked. Licence checks use the GOV.UK check-code service or DVLA Access to Driver Data under your signed driver mandates. Reports are signed through DocuSign. Data is stored in the UK, encrypted at rest, with a full audit trail.
