Driver card analysis to the EU rules
Every uploaded driver card file is analysed automatically against the EU drivers' hours rules in Regulation (EC) 561/2006, the working time rules for mobile workers and the tachograph handling requirements of Regulation (EU) 165/2014 - driving limits, breaks, rest, manual entries and card use.
Vehicle unit analysis
The vehicle unit tells the other half of the story: driving without a card, overspeeding events, tachograph faults and events, and the calibration record with the next inspection date - all read from the unit file.
Driver e-signature and TM countersign
Each infringement report goes to the driver to read and sign electronically, then the transport manager countersigns. Reports are bilingual - English alongside Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian or Bulgarian - so drivers sign something they understand.

Which tachograph file types can I upload?
Driver card files (.ddd, .c1b, .tgd) and vehicle unit files (.ddd, .v1b, .esm), generation 1 and generation 2. Files are read instantly, the digital signature is checked, and each file is matched to the right driver or vehicle automatically.
Which rules does the analysis cover?
The EU drivers' hours rules in Regulation (EC) 561/2006 (and AETR), GB domestic rules, the working time rules for mobile workers and the tachograph handling requirements of Regulation (EU) 165/2014.
How does driver sign-off work?
The driver gets an email, reads the report in their own language with English alongside, and signs on their phone. The transport manager countersigns, and the signed PDF is stored with an audit trail. Unsigned reports are chased automatically.
Can I see how many hours a driver has left right now?
Yes. The current status view calculates remaining driving time, break and rest requirements from the latest card data, and the driver hours board shows every driver side by side.
Do I have to upload files by hand?
No. Upload in the browser if you like, but you can also point a remote download provider or download tool at your private FTPS folder, or push files through the developer API - new drivers and vehicles get profiles created automatically.
