Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the Service must be lawful, honest and proportionate. In particular you must not:

1. Add vehicles, trailers or drivers that you are not responsible for as an operator, employer or hirer, or look up any record without a legitimate operational reason.
2. Request or record licence checks for a driver who has not signed the consent & mandate through the Service (or an equivalent declaration you hold), or continue checks after a driver has withdrawn consent.
3. Upload tachograph data belonging to drivers who do not drive for you, or alter download files.
4. Share login credentials, bypass role restrictions, or attempt to access another operator's data.
5. Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, scrape it, or run automated queries outside the documented features.
6. Upload malware, unlawful or infringing content.
7. Use the Service to harass drivers, or present reports as enforcement decisions.
8. Resell, white-label or sub-license the Service without a written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy and may report unlawful activity. Report abuse to hello@operatorcompliance.co.uk.
