We monitor and analyse
Vehicle and driver deadlines are monitored, and uploaded tachograph files are read, matched and analysed automatically against the drivers' hours rules.
- Vehicle, trailer and driver deadlines are monitored against the records you hold
- Uploaded tachograph files are read instantly: holder, card expiry, period, vehicles used
- Every card file is analysed automatically against the drivers' hours rules and each driver's report is prepared
- Licence re-checks fall due on a 12 / 6 / 3-month cycle based on penalty points

What happens behind the scenes
Vehicle records can be entered directly and, where an approved connection is enabled, supplemented with available DVSA or DVLA data. Tachograph files are decoded by a Gen1, Gen2 and Gen2v2 parser and their digital signatures are checked. Licence-check results can be recorded from the GOV.UK check-code journey; direct DVLA Access to Driver Data checks activate only after DVLA approval and account setup. Reports are signed electronically through the built-in evidence flow. Data is stored in the UK, encrypted at rest, with a full audit trail.
