Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective 01 September 2026

We want OperatorCompliance to be usable by everyone, including transport staff and drivers who rely on assistive technology or use a phone in a cab.

  • The public website and the application aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, text that scales, labelled form fields, and no information conveyed by colour alone (status pills always carry text).
  • Driver-facing pages (consent form, report signing) are mobile-first and translated into Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Bulgarian as well as English.
  • PDFs we generate are text-based and tagged for headings and tables.
  • Known limitations: some third-party pages (DocuSign signing, Stripe checkout) are outside our control; complex tables in the application may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens.

If you have difficulty using any part of the Service, email hello@operatorcompliance.co.uk and we will help you complete the task another way and fix the barrier where we can.
